Allergy Choices has three Directors who manage the day to day operations of the business.

	Tonya Stebbins Planigale Tonya has had a distinguished academic career as a lecturer, researcher and administrator. In addition to her work with Allergy Choices, she currently manages Languagewise, a consultancy specialising in innovative strategies for language development and education, and in this role provides professional development to teachers and consultancy to schools. Tonya’s interest in allergy issues stems from her experience in managing the food allergies of her children.
	Mark Planigale Mark is an independent management consultant and IT developer with experience in development of web-based data systems for non-profit organisations. Mark’s background is in the human services sector, where he has substantial experience as a practitioner and manager. Mark also works for Quality Innovation Performance, an organisation specialising in quality improvement and accreditation systems for health and community service organisations.
	Prue Cerin Prue has extensive knowledge of issues relating to food for children through over 35 years of work in a variety of roles in the school canteen sector. Through her work with the Victorian School Canteen Association, Prue has been an innovator in developing resources and promoting healthy eating in school communities, in partnership with school administrators, food handling staff and the food industry. Prue also has experience in running a small business and has a strong understanding of the impact of allergy issues for food industry.
